Used under the nuts or bolt head in bolted flange joints that are subject to thermal or mechanical shock.
The discs deflect and move with the bolted joint. Helps to compensate for loosening that may develop preventing damage and leaks caused by thermal expansion, contraction and shock. Made from 17.7 PH Stainless Steel. Temperature range minus 220 to +300o Celsius. Load tolerance +/- 20% of load shown.

Oil Seals - Nitrile Rubber
DIN 3760 - General purpose grease and oil sealing. Note - metal cased and rubber cased seals may be interchanged at our discretion. If one or the other is specifically required please let us know when ordering.
Operating Temp. Range: -30oC to +90oC. The rubber elastomer outer covering tolerates thermal expansion as well as roughness in the housing bore. Excellent resistance to mineral oil based fluids, hydrocarbon fuels, greases and water. Not suitable for aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, brake fluid and some fire resistant hydraulic fluids. Bearings - One Way - Sprag - Standard
Sprag clutch bearings allow your application to turn one way whilst locking in the opposite direction.
Designed for press fit installation. Correct interference dimensions must be maintained to obtain maximum bearing and clutch performance. Mount the clutch ensuring that the shaft drive directionis in the direction indicated by the arrow on the inner race. To install, use a press tool / do not hammer or apply other stock to clutch. Make sure housing has enough strength to withstand press required for fitting installation. High carbon hardened steel alloy. Always lock out power switch before installing, removing, lubricating or servicing a system that uses Cam Clutch products. When connecting or disconnecting Cam Clutch products, eye protection is required. Wear safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves and safety shoes.
